New Hampshire Lift Ticket Prices for 2017/18

Recommended Posts

Just posted today on New England Ski Industry’s Facebook page and website, the average cost of a lift ticket in New Hampshire has increased by 3% for the 2017/18 ski season. Unlike Vermont, there are no ski areas in NH that have cracked the $100 barrier. Close but not yet.

Loon Mountain tops the list at $96 USD, and bottoms out with Campton Mountain at just $15 USD, yes, that is correct, $15. The other high end New Hampshire areas are Bretton Woods, Mount Sunapee, Gunstock, and Waterville Valley making the top 5 most expensive, while Dartmouth Skiway, Whaleback, McIntyre, Granite Gorge, and Campton Mountain make up the bottom 5.

The biggest increase is Sunapee at $9 with the installation of its new RFID system. The big surprise is Granite Gorge who slashed their rates by 33% from $49 USD to $33 USD!

Tenney Mountain is planning on reopening in December or January for the first time since 2011, but has not announced any rates yet.

The link below is to the graph representing lift rates from 2013/14 to 2017/18.

While skiing in New Hampshire is getting up there, it is not like Vermont. Liftopia may be our best friend in finding some deals.
